With non-judgment and support, our sessions will explore how your past circumstances may be keeping you from moving forward in life. Life can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. If you have experienced a negative event in your life, whether recurring or an an isolated incident, even the stress of a normal day can invoke anger, and anxiety. Luckily, therapy can provide tools to help you deal with life’s challenges, helping you reduce your stress levels and continue your personal growth.

My therapeutic approach is to deepen our understanding of you and how your past and present connect. Using a variety of evidence-based techniques including, EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, and Mindfulness, we will explore what has kept you stuck and learn new skills for moving forward.
